the stain-glassed cat...how wonderful. instant smile from me...like how you stuck with mostly primary colors here and let the shapes create the form of the cat body...great painting.

Your Russian childhood influenced here one of those marvelous magical wooden animals that keeps impossibly having another inside (ashamed I don't know the name, and I assume many other nations excel in carving these, also), as this seems so to rock. Love it all. Best part is whatever I'm viewing at the moment! And I want to tell you that everyone of these cats is just darling, beyond words, had to be painted. Probably you could turn out an individual and appropriate cat for every one of your portraits. (Maybe also dogs, etc., any animals.) And I just realized, Natalie, about your perceptions, feelings, etc: All the many various portraits -- I think everything you see fascinates you bitter-sweetly. Well, I can't go on with this, words and mind fail me. Peace, etc., Bruce F/V

Wow - transcendence! The "cosmic" cat looks back.... at "us"! I think T.S. Elliot would be inspired by this creation....

Hi, Natalie! Long time, no see! My mistake! I'm another of the many who love most everything you do. This kitty mosaic is SO delightful! The lines are so much fun. I love all your cats, but big problem is that I feel the same about most living purring cats as I do about all your paintings! But, I'm going to risk jeopardizing any future comments I might receive from FAA's cream of the crop wishing that I might spend my remaining days on sour milk, or worse! That for suggesting that this beautiful stained glass mosaic, rather than gracing a church window might well compensate a wee bit the workers in a cat house! Peace, etc., Bruce
